you buy a home! You may get a better deal with your own broker pulling for you.
The introduction of buyer's brokers takes a horribly one-sided process and
simply makes it fair."

Community Information
*Special Note to Visitors*
This is a work in progress. Because I know how difficult it is to be in another city and need to have information about the different communities in the Nashville area, my goal is to walk you through as many subdivisions as I can...with photos. I'm not a trained photographer - so these photos are just snapshots of the homes you will find in any given community. This includes any specific features, existing homes, pools, clubhouse, etc.
I am also including photos of the schools each community is zoned for....as well as photos and links to private schools in Nashville.
So, please visit often - as these communities will be entered as I'm able to take the photographs. Right now, the most work I've completed so far is in Sumner and Williamson Counties. But, work will begin on Nashville communities soon.
I truly appreciate your visit and hope you find what you're looking for. And please contact me when it's time to find your new home in Nashville. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
Davidson County TN is the center of activity for Middle Tennessee, and Nashville is the county seat. And what a place it is!! With a population of near 600,000, it is called "The Athens of the South". It's a very culturally diverse community with everything from country music fun to the arts.
As in any large city, housing ranges from very modest to upper-end estates. Most of the upper-end homes will be found in the southwest area of the city. Belle Meade, Green Hills, Oak Hill and West End offer gorgeous historical mansions as well as newer construction. There are many lakefront homes in Old Hickory...on Old Hickory Lake.
Nashville is an extremely beautiful city. Rolling hills, the Cumberland River and extensive renovation makes it a wonderful place to visit.....or be lucky enough to live here.
Entertainment abounds in Nashville. Just across the river from downtown...you will find the Titan's football stadium. The Country Music Hall of Fame, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Sommet Center, Ryman Auditorium and Historic 1st Avenue are just a few of the downtown landmarks.
The Parthenon is the centerpiece of Centennial Park on West End. Inside is a 42' statue of Athena. Both the building and statue are exact replicas of the ones that stand in ancient Greece.
The Parthenon also serves as the City of Nashville's Art Museum.
Centennial Park is located just off West End....down the street from Vanderbilt University.
Just off 1st Avenue is a replica of the original settlement...Fort Nashborough...right on the Cumberland River. Riverfront Park is also in this area...with outdoor concerts and a wonderful 4th of July celebration...actually one of the finest in the nation. It's a great place to live! Southern Hospitality is not just a myth in Nashville...it is alive and well!
I want to hear from you - so please call me direct 615-428-8500.
