Meet Pam Rumley
We exist to help Nashville Real Estate homebuyers!
After 25 years of being a traditional real estate broker, I came to the conclusion that home buyers need a break. In most instances, sellers are the only party that is represented in a real estate transaction. In fact, over 56% of buyers go to the closing table completely un-represented....and sadly, don't even realize what has happened.
So many of my Realtor friends tell me that I'm crazy to give up taking so many listings...and consequently over half my income. The only listings I take now are with people I have helped in the past. But, I know that this is the best decision I've ever made! It's a match made in heaven... because I have a gift for helping people and I absolutely love the Nashville TN area. It's a joy to be able to spend my time with homebuyers that are relocating...and often unfamiliar with the area. I help folks just like you become acquainted with your new community.
On a personal note - I have to confess! You will find that I excel at matching you to the home you describe to me....but I'm not a very good 'salesperson'! I don't like to be 'sold' anything...so I am not comfortable trying to 'sell" anything myself. I'm here to help you find what you're looking for.

"My wife, Rebecca, and I had talked about looking into purchasing a home in the Nashville area for a few years prior to our recent purchase. Rebecca is a singer/songwriter and over the past 10 years a number of our friends have moved down to Nashville.
Our goal was to find an affordable, smaller home that would be a reasonable investment...while at the same time would be located in an area that we could enjoy spending time at. Through a friend in Colorado, we were given Pam Rumley's website address and phone number and after a few weeks of searching the other possible options, I decided to give Pam a call.
From there, we started the search with Pam...made two visits to look at the possibilities, and get a feel for the area and pricing...and ultimately the specific neighborhoods we were interested in. Pam was fantastic...remarkably patient, and by using her website and receiving daily updates on new listings, the work involved in finding a nice place became easy. The trust I needed to feel in Pam's ability and knowledge had been established, and all that was left was to wait for the property that fit our wish list.
When a new listing came up one morning, I gave Pam a call and by noon she was standing in the home describing the layout and the yard...and within an hour we were e-mailed photographs and comps. By the end of the day, we had submitted an offer. The follow-up, inspections and revisions to the original contract went just as smoothly. We felt quite fortunate to have Pam and her assistants looking after our interests. Rebecca and I highly recommend working with Pam."

A bit about me…..
When I was nine years old, my family came to Tennessee on vacation, and we just never left. I remember my aunt telling me I was going to be a “hillbilly”…..and that terrified me. I have come to find that she was completely wrong. In fact, now she lives here, too. There is nothing like the south. The charm, the hospitality, the climate….you just can’t beat it!
I love the Tennessee Titans and the Tennessee Volunteers!
My hobbies include decorating, shopping (of course), watching football with my boys, going to my son’s soccer games, studying history (especially our Founding Fathers and the Revolutionary War). I also love studying church history of all kinds. We have to understand where we came from to have some kind of vision of where we are going. My husband and I are raising our boys to be “World Changers”. I strongly believe in this next generation.

My husband and I started this home buying journey around May 24, 2007 by using the internet access in order to locate property for buying a 3 bedroom home. Somehow there was a link involved that ended up with an email from Lisa Lewis of Accent Realty.
